The Fall weather has been so beautiful, mild temperatures for the month of October.
This is at the end of the day, the sun beginning to set in the west. It captures the glittering of the sun against the colorful fall landscape.
Our Farm consists of nearly 30 acres located in the area of central New York. We are a small private farm and enjoy the many Thoroughbreds we own. We also enjoy our two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, BooBoo and Yogi, our Golden Retriever Finian, our Scottish Terrier Casey and their newest canine brother a Landseer Newfoundland Cubby Bear. Everyday is a new adventure!

Our home and property is one of the oldest farms in our town. On the Guilford side of the property, there still remains the original homestead, the historic Guilford house, dating to 1828 along with the original barn and several outbuildings. Our residence was built in 1858. There is a carraige house as well as another outbuilding. We were fortunate to have found the farm and throughout the previous ownerships it has always been well maintained. The addition of a large great room and loft was added in 1986 to the backside of the home increasing the living space to nearly 3000 sf. The land itself is wonderful pasture for our horses and there's an Apple orchard located on the property as well. It is a wonderful home and enjoyed tremendously by all who visit.
